AMY THRALL

Amy Thrall is a Human Capital Leader and Management Consultant with over 20 years’ experience launching and managing human resources (HR) functions across a wide variety of industries including advertising, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, education, investment banking, commercial printing, private equity, and construction. Her reputation as a "business-centric" HR professional is backed by her operational management background, board of director leadership experience (Chairman for Jones International, Ltd. and Advisory Board Member for Merritt Aluminum Products, NEI Electric Power Engineering, Inc., and Project Resources Group), Master’s in Business (MBA), and track record of career successes.

Amy is SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and Lominger certified, and holds an MBA in Management from the University of Colorado and a BS in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin.  She is an active member of the HR leadership community and serves on the Board of Directors for Rocky Mountain HR People and Strategy (RMHRPS).
